THE CHALLENGE:
When it comes to telling the story of what life is like in a new development, how do you maintain a light, airy feel in layouts heavily reliant on photos? My solution was to put the photos in unexpected shapes.
A key feature of this large residential development are expansive mountain views, so I played with triangular “mountain” shapes throughout the layout of their promotional brochure.
This purse-size piece folds out to large map highlighting key amenities of the community.
The design elements from the brochure were carried into roadside banners advertising the development as well as a template used for email campaigns.
